Arianna first introduced me to SSION earlier this year. They were in town playing at set at Reggie’s and she invited me to the show. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend because I had a night class and I already ditched that class a few weeks earlier to attend the Yelle show at the Logan Square Auditorium.
The group’s latest LP, Fool’s Gold, unfortunately doesn’t feature this gem, one of my favorite tracks by the group.

ssion themselves = boner. they were here on pride and put on a fantastic show at my favorite bar… it was tits. annnd, cody (the lead singer) loved us and dragged me, blair, and scott onto the stage and handed blair the mic so we all got to sing the end of street jizz and make jerk off motions to the entire crowd… amazing.
oddly enough, they were actually in one of my dreams last night, hahaha.
