dear webpage guy,
when i give you a list (with bullet points and bold text for emphasis!!!) of tasks to complete i expect you to actually complete them. when you botch up four out of the nine tasks you look like a fucking idiot… especially when youre charging my firm more than you should be for something that should not take any longer than an hour to complete.
